Dorel Juvenile Group Europe
Dorel is a market leader in car seats and is best known in the Netherlands for Maxi-Cosi children's car seats and Quinny baby strollers. Although not a manufacturer itself, Dorel runs the production chain of Maxi-Cosi car seats.
Formerly known as Maxi Miliaan, since 1994 Dorel has been part Dorel Industries, a company that is active in the field of safety products for children. Together with Quint (a manufacturer of baby strollers) and the American company Safety First (safety products for the home), Dorel was officially renamed Dorel Juvenile Group Europe in August 2002. Its main offices in Helmond employ 160, and the company's sales offices in Germany, England and France have an additional 70 employees.
